A: Summit Cabinets provides our customers with superior quality and service for their kitchens and bathrooms . We are able to offer wholesale cabinet pricing which results in huge savings. When you purchase through us, you can feel comfortable knowing you are dealing with cabinet professionals, with the experience to get your job done right.

Q: How are the cabinets constructed?

A: The Cabinets are SOLID WOOD construction – No MDF or Particle Board. The Cabinets feature a beautiful matching interior with 1/2″ Pressed wood end panels. All hinges are concealed and adjustable. The shelving is 3/4″ SOLID WOOD for extra strength to prevent sagging. Drawer Boxes are all 5/8″ Solid wood. Drawer Glides depend on style selected.

Q: Do the cabinets come assembled?

A: We offer both manufacturer assembled cabinets and ready to assemble cabinets(RTA). The assembled cabinets allow you to open the boxes and install right to the walls, the RTA cabinets require approximately 10-20 minutes of assembly time for each cabinet.

Q: How are Summit Cabinets ready to assemble cabinets put together?

A: Summit Design Cabinets RTA cabinets are assembled with just a flat head screw driver, wood glue, and optionally a nail gun for additional support. The cabinets have pre-mounted cam locks installed to the wood panels. This method of assembly is not only simple, but provides a very durable, strong cabinet.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Most items sold are custom ordered so we do not accept returns. It is very important that you review your order in detail prior to purchasing to avoid mistakes.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: All cancellations must be emailed within 48 hours of the purchase to eric@www.ef5b4a01f5.nxcli.net. Because of our tight delivery time frames, all orders canceled during this period will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee on the order. Any order that has left the warehouse for shipment can not be canceled for any reason.

Q: What is the difference between standard overlay and full overlay?

A: Overlay refers to the amount that a door covers, or overlays the cabinet face frame. Standard overlay doors typically cover 1/4″ to 1/2″ of the face frame leaving a 1” to 1 1/4″ reveal (amount of face frame showing). Full overlay doors typically cover 1 5/16” of the face frame leaving a 3/16” reveal

Q: Do your cabinets come with a warranty?

A: Summit Cabinets warrants its cabinetry to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of five years for the following door styles; Shaker Cherry, Antique White, Mitered White, Maple Glaze, Shaker Espresso, Cherry, Kingston Brown, Savannah Camber, Maple, Bamboo, Shaker White, Oak.

This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening of wood color, the inherent growth characteristics of, or variation in wood. Some replacement parts are subject to availability and may be different than those originally supplied. This warranty does not apply to products or parts purchased without a finish. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, non-residential use, or improper installation, storage, or handling.

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover special, incidental or consequential damages (such as labor expenses in uninstalling or installing any material or parts) whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Q: Are the cabinet sides finished?

A: Yes, All of our cabinets feature finished sides in the same exterior color as the door style selected. It is not necessary to add any additional panels for exposed ends.

Q: Do you offer contractor discounts?

A: Yes – Our Commercial Buyer Program provides discounted cabinet pricing to contractors, designers, builders, and property management groups.

Q: Do the cabinets have a matching finished interior?

A: Yes – All of our cabinets have matching finished interiors that match the exterior door and drawer finish.

Q: Do the base cabinets have a finished matching toe kick?

A: Yes – all of our base cabinets have a finished matching toe kick standard. Additionally, we offer toe kicks available in 8’ lengths to cover the seam caused by installing adjacent base cabinets.

Q: Do you offer soft close hinge doors?

A: Yes – Soft close door hinge hardware are available as an upgrade, and are available either installed or separately for an additional charge per door. Some of out styles come with soft close door hinges standard.

Q: Do you offer soft close drawers?

A: Yes – Soft close drawers are standard on many of our door styles. This information is listed on the cabinet specifications for each door style. If the door style you are interested in does not have soft close drawers standard, it may be available for an upgrade.

Q: Do you offer kitchen design service?

A: Yes – We offer free kitchen design service. Our NKBA certified design staff will design a functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen lay-out, and we will provide you with 3D renderings of your kitchen, and a total quote for your order via email. Typically turn around time for kitchen design completion is within 48 hours. Kitchen Design revisions are not included in our free design service.
